For the 25th anniversary of New Jack City, Skelli Skel remixed one of his favorite bay area tunes that samples the movie; Smoov-E and Nickatina's 4 Leaf Clover. New Jack City is a highly influential film to the Mandem and so are these artists. Skelli Skel even had an autographed Smoov-E poster on the wall of his first studio (it has sadly been lost in the many moves since then).
